My personal experience with pregnancy complications and sensitive kids was serendipitous. I learned so much about the power of food when I fixed my family with our diet. We had not so textbook reactions like anxiety, mood swings, constant tears, mini seizures and fainting. When I received no diagnosis for any of them I felt alone, but soon realized that fixing the problem was easier than I thought. I learned to trust myself and my abilities to remove the trigger foods that caused the reactions. I am proud to say that we no longer have any of the symptoms mentioned above, and I figured all of it out in the kitchen through the power of food.

We are all unique and experience reactions differently from person to person. Add in a food supply that has changed dramatically over the past fifty years and we have a generation of children experiencing not so textbook reactions to food. Haven’t you heard lately “I used to eat whatever I wanted when I was kid, what’s wrong today?  Why are so many children sick?”  I believe we can help them through their diet.
