Cook dinner with lunches in mind and you will have two meals in one! If your kids eat it at home, chances are they will eat it while they are away from you at school. Sometimes I use leftovers in their lunches a day later to avoid repetition. Simple is the key to get your kids to eat healthy food!
Supper last night was roast beef, organic potatoes and carrots. The broth is Imagine brand and cooking time in a crock pot is 8-9 hours for the beef and 4 hours for the veggies on low.
