Thankfully there are companies like Woodstown Farms that believe in manufacturing quality healthy food. I am a big fan of bacon but not the usual ingredients that come along with it. I found this bacon a couple of months ago and I can assure you that it is delicious. I can even smell the difference between this bacon and the other bacon (full of nitrates/nitrites) when it’s cooking. This one is worth the switch for sure because it is healthy and tastes better.
Here are the ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, Raw Sugar, White Pepper ~ and that’s it!
